Here’s how it works: Submit your film* or files to us for uploading—or upload digital files from your studio. Edit, categorize, and structure events with an easy online interface. Protect your images with watermarks and secure each event with a password which you provide to your clients. Release the event to your clients for viewing, sharing, and print ordering! An email is sent each time an order is placed. At this point, the order is fulfilled by you or the lab—depending on the plan you select. Basic Plan
Additional Charge: $25 one-time setup fee With our basic plan, the photographer controls every aspect of the process: upload files; order photos at the lab when you receive an email notification of an incoming order; collect payment from your customers by your own preferred method; pick up the order when completed; and, deliver to your clients. |
Deluxe Plan
Additional Charges: $25 one-time setup fee; $.03 per-image upload fee when lab uploads; Drop-Ship options: Prints up to 11x14, choose USPS Priority Mail (includes proof of shipping) at $5.50/order and 11x prints shipped rolled OR UPS Ground (includes tracking and insurance) at $8.95/order with 11x prints shipped flat. Prints larger than 11x14 are shipped via UPS Ground at $15/order. Our deluxe plan frees up your time by delegating most of the labor to the lab. You may upload your own files, or leave it to us. After that, we do it all and send you a monthly check for your profit! Specialty Color Services collects payment from your customers, puts your incoming orders into production, and drop-ships them to your clients. You will be billed for your prints and the fees above. Photographers must provide a CD to the lab with images from each event for order fulfillment. |
