Online Ordering
Ordering online is a great convenience. You can save a trip and just pick up your prints when they're done! We are also happy to ship. We offer several methods of ordering online, each tailored for a different type of user.
Why so many choices?
Because we are a custom photolab. This means we must have the ability to accommodate many types of orders — from small to large quantities and small to large prints! There is no one-size-fits-all formula for online ordering.
Use this Quick List to help make the best choice for you! Then click on your selection in the dark gray box to your left to get started! Once you are rolling, the process is easy. The benefits of using a custom lab are many: we can do everything photographic, and we can make your prints look their best!
FrontWeb Express (click on FrontWeb Express in the dark gray box at the left)
- Our easiest system and best prices! It's as simple as 1-2-3!
- No special computer knowledge required.
- Order prints up to size 24" x 36"
- Ideal for large or small orders.
- Add creative borders or crop and see how it looks before you order!
- Pay online with your credit card.
- No FrontWeb software to install on your computer but you will need Flash 8. If it is not already on your computer, it is a free and easy download at www.macromedia.com
FrontWeb Pro (Click on FrontWeb Pro in the dark gray box at the left)
- For film camera users. We'll digitize your film images at the time of processing and upload them to our FrontWeb site on the internet. Your photos will remain on the site for 21 days.
- Order reprints online! No need to bring in your negatives!
- Share your photos online with family and friends at no charge.
- Order prints up to 8" x 12".
- Add creative borders or convert color to black & white or sepia.
- Digital Camera users: you can upload photos to share with others or to order prints for 21 days.
Drop Box (Click on Drop Box in the dark gray box at the left)
- Need a big print? The Drop Box is an easy solution for transferring a file.
- No DropBox software to install on your computer.
- Upload your files, then type in a note with your order instructions.
- JPEG format preferred. (TIFF can time out. Other formats incur setup fees.)
- It's easier than ftp!
FTP (Click on FTP in the dark gray box at the left)
- Typically used by the computer savvy, this is a no-frills method of transferring files to our lab.
- Drag and Drop entire folders, large quantities or very large file sizes.
- First timer? Call or email ahead for FTP access and a username.
- Call or email each time you upload files with your order instructions.
Email (Click on Email in the dark gray box at the left)
- Only need several small prints? Files up to 1.5 mb may be attached to an email for prints or slides.
- Be sure to email all order information such as size, quantity and surface (glossy or matte).
