We’ve been looking forward to this ever since the first one ended. The second annual ‘Photograph your love Photo Contest’ happening completely on Facebook has just kicked off. We can’t wait to see all of the new pictures you have to share. This year we’ve added a new dimension of ‘cool’ to the contest by inviting our friends Vitamin Angels to be part of the contest. Consider everything that this contest represents; love, sharing, community and photography and you realize how perfect it is to have them on board. Like us, they’re all about the love and they want to share it. Like we did for last year’s contest, this year we’ll also have lots of things to giveaway throughout the contest so make sure to tell your friends so they don’t miss out. We’re also planning more workshops and more opportunities to share your most precious photos.
Julie Hanna was last year’s grand prize winner of the Jesh de Rox photographic workshop. Julie will be checking in with us at some point in the contest and telling us about how amazing the workshop experience was for her and what she’s currently up to since then…. and of course this year we’ve decided to give away Jesh’s workshop as the grand prize again. If you haven’t visited his website, you should take a minute and visit it. You’ll understand how special this prize really is. Jesh is one of a kind. He’s been gracious enough to be involved as a sponsor and as a judge in the contest. Joining him on the judge’s panel will be renowned photographic artist, Joyce Wilson as well as the founder of Vitamin Angels, Howard Schiffer. So with a great judge’s panel, amazing prizes like; photo gear, cash prizes, books, instructional videos, canvas prints, Chromira prints, iPods, Holgas, film, shirts, clothing and music… we’re all set for an amazing time throughout the Photograph your love Photo Contest. Make sure you drop by our page on Facebook, become a fan and start uploading pictures!
Remember our contest does not award technical merit, instead it’s about what’s in your heart. So whether it’s a photograph taken with a cell phone, disposable camera or the most expensive photo equipment… it’s an equal playing field. Simply Photograph your love and enter as many times as you’d like. The idea is to share the love!
